Dick Timms of DL Remodeling did a great job for us on our patio that we are enjoying so much. He built forms, added color to concrete and poured concrete for our porch. He also layed rocks for walkway.

In addition he did some electrical work for us outside and added lights to trees. He stayed in touch and checked on and worked until the job was finished. Dick Timms has done several jobs at our home. He flawlessly repaired large holes in ceiling. Replaced rotted wood around the back of our home and around the chimney and fixed the roof where the leaks originated. He replaced 3 windows and painted the exterior of the house. Sections of fence and gate were replaced and he stained, finished and replace our front door. He also repainted our den, replaced tile at entrance way and kitchen. He also built the fireplace.

Me and my husband used Athena Remodeling for our roof this Fall. We had hail damage and after a wind storm came thru I came home to some shingles in my yard that had blown off the roof. The crew was there bright and early, I didn’t have any issues because they were very professional and tidy. Our finished basement flooded back in March of 2013 leaving us with a badly damaged area (walls & floors). Our basement remodeling experience was a very “positive” one with Athena and their crews. My experience with Rich and his crew was refreshing. Athena’s vision of bringing my home into the 21st Century is distinct in their work ethics and finished product in my home. Specifically the wall that divided the kitchen from the dining/living area, contributed to a claustrophobic feel in my home. They beautifully cut away a portion of the wall. The outcome is an open airy feel from the front to the rear part of my home. Not to mention the abundance of additional care taken in the remodeling throughout my home. I was also, impressed with the offer of a donation to a school of my choice to promote education in the community.
