Testimonial Project Type Home Owner
Hi Barb,

First time on line since return from vacation last Saturday. Sorry I couldn't reply prior. Jon is doing a (finding great words to describe) a beautiful job...and I've told family/friends, it's as if he was doing the job in his own home and wanted everything just right. Lucky me to find such a professional.

Usually when someone has a job request, it's because they had been in a home, for years picturing exactly how, what, where they'd like a do-over. This kitchen was not fashioned in that respect, only by Ralph's computer printout and suggestions on what I want/don't want...which was most times "up in the air." When each segment was completed, it was my best guess on situations...hence my only excuse. Sorry to be so long, as I know you work during the day and don't have all the time in the world to answer emails, let alone billing emails. Thanks for bearing with me.

But Jon was very gracious, working his darndest to accommodate my wishes, as I was changing my mind on things. On my request, he also was doing other jobs, unrelated to the main focus of completing the kitchen. Believe me, I SO APPRECIATED his efforts...and still do. Today he is in kitchen, fixing the lazy susan bottom tier which was fashioned in error, he doesn't need another hour to correct/replace a situation with his time restraint for my jobs as well as other customers. Jon's a good guy all around for sure, but you know that.

So, whatever Jon and you deem correct for billing, I'm very much okay, knowing it's the best job. I do mean BEST.

I could have lived with the existing kitchen, as I have all my life.

BUT NOW, I can't live without this kitchen.

YES, I LOVE the kitchen, it's very beautiful, you must come and see it. Still looking for the backsplash, and today's kitchen window and kitchen garage. So this won't be the final bill. Told Jon I feel like a spoiled princess; first time in all my 16 moves since 1967, I had a kitchen the way I like it, and not having other people's dirt on the floor pushed up against the molding. Silly, but always a bug-a-boo.
