Sunrise builder built a craftsman style home two stories with an Elevator because the living area is located on the second floor to take advantage of the awesome lake view in Lago Vista Texas. Hi my name is Dean Revering Tom Hodd Sunrise Builders built me an eight thousand square foot two story home just finishing up 2025 . This house is a 4 million dollar home with a fabulous view of the Texas hill country. This build has a pool and pool house all stucco exterior with a black concrete tile roof . This house was a very difficult build with lots of high end finishes like quartz stone walls and ceilings . Hi Dustin Day here I teamed up with Sunrise Builders to build a 5 thousand square foot barndominuim in Liberty Hill Texas in calendar year 2024 . I supplied the steel structure and Sunrise Builders took over the project doing the electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint interior trim and doors , producing three finished bathrooms . Last Sunrise Builders installed the flooring in the barndominium . The workmanship was good and done at a timely manner this builder delivered what they promised on time in budget .
